RECENT PROJECTS

4 Upsall Hall Gardens

A new 6 bedroom detached dwelling developed from outline planning to completion. The 4400 sqft residence was constructed on a 0.25 acre plot in the desirable area of Nunthorpe, Middlesbrough within the grounds of Upsall Hall.
The full design, construction and interior design was completed by the Directors of CEI Properties.

Hanover House

Commercial to residential conversion of an empty accountancy office to a new 6 bedroom HMO in the centre of Darlington. Project completed from purchase of building, obtaining planning, conversion, staging and management.

Fairy Dell

CEI properties purchased Fairy Dell following the discovery of shale by the previous owners. A cash purchase was completed and a full refurb, including total replacement of the concrete floor in a tight 8 week programme.

Bedford Road
